Julie Piland with United Country is an expert in selling Western Colorado properties. Small town living, ranching, and hunting are what makes many locations on the western slope thrive. Julie Piland is a local in the Plateau Valley area and has been an agent with United Country Real Colorado Property since 2013.

 

At the base of Grand Mesa, she lives on a ranch with her husband, Josh and their four children. Julie was born and raised in Colorado with a farm and ranch background dating back many generations. Her husband works the ranch that is supported not only by cattle but a hunt and guide service as well. Julie enjoys hiking, camping, horseback riding, selling real estate, and watching her children play sports.
